Excellent for information on breeding & showing cattle. Jul 02, 2000 "Beef Cattle Breeding,Feeding and Showing" is exactly what the title portrays.A well written and very informative book covering most aspects of Beef Cattle production. Easily understood by the novice it also has valuable information for the more experienced. This book covers other topics such as conformation,and touches on genetics.It also has a helpful section on Health. The section on Showing is great,as there is not a lot of information available on show ring protocol and preparing animals for the show ring. I would recommend this book to all Beef Breeders especially beginners.
